On submission of this form, if GoESCROW is holding funds with payment status “In Escrow” and the data supplied matches our records then we will pause the transaction and place a secure hold on all monies.
This can’t be reversed via the mobile or web app. Please allow for 24 business hours if a timed escrow settlement is set.

Important Terms
If you request a pause to a ‘Timed Escrow’ countdown this will stay in place until you inform us otherwise. If you request a settlement or split-settlement GoESCROW will attempt to contact the opposite party by email, voice and SMS to inform them of the request and seek their acceptance or non-acceptance. There will be one of four possible outcomes:
If the opposite party replies to GoESCROW and accepts the request we will settle funds to you after checks.
If the opposite party doesn’t reply to GoESCROW after multiple attempts over 14 days then we consider them to be uncommunicative and will settle the funds to you after checks.
If the opposite party replies to GoESCROW but does not explicitly accept or not accept the dispute within 14 days then we consider them uncommunicative and will settle funds to you after checks.
If the opposite party replies to GoESCROW with non-acceptance of the dispute (IE rejects the dispute) then only by both party agreement, by enforceable arbitration agreement or by instruction from an Australian Court or Statutory Body will we settle funds as instructed after checks.
If no resolution after 36 months then as per NSW Legislation ‘Unclaimed Money Act 1995 No 75’ funds are remitted to NSW Government – NSW Trustee and Guardian.

Within 24 business hours if the data matches a known transaction then that transaction payment status will change to ‘IN DISPUTED’ and from that point the monies are secured impartially by us and both parties will be contacted by dispute desk staff. We may seek further information.
