Accessing Superannuation


Access your superannuation for drug and alcohol rehabilitation, mental health treatment and IVF under the ATO’s Compassionate Release Of Super Program with the assistance of Release My Super.
 
Once approved, your superannuation funds are released directly into a specialist bank account created in your name by GoEscrow. Here your money is held safely until you authorise it to be paid to your facility of choice or other nominated service provider.
 
You may setup multiple payments to different service providers at different times, or settlements can be controlled and authorised via the GoEscrow app. In most cases, released superannuation can go immediately to the facility.

    The process is simple.

  • 1. You discuss your requirements with Release My Super
  • 2. They work with you to apply to the Australian Tax Office for early access to your superannuation
  • 3. GoEscrow will create a bank account for you with a unique PayID, BSB and Account number. This is in your name and is required for the payment from your superannuation fund
  • 4. The released superannuation is paid directly into your escrow account and then onward to your service providers(s) at your nominated dates and times
