When Manually entering details from a drivers licence, all inputs should be as they appear on the card.
Licence and Card numbers should be entered without spaces.
Names should be entered as they read on the card.
Middle Name is optional.
Dates can be entered or selected from the menu on the right side of the text field.

- Licence Number
- Card Number
- Expiry Date
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
When the users’ document has been correctly verified, a confirmation message will display as above.
