This page allows users to change the Phone Number that is associated with their GoEscrow Account.
Since a User’s Phone Number is integral to account security, any new Phone Number must be verified to continue to use GoEscrow services.
To update their Phone Number, Users should check the prefilled “Current Phone Number”, enter the desired “New Phone Number”, and click “Update Phone Number”.
A 6-digit verification code will then be sent to the new Phone Number. Users should enter the code into this page and click “Verify Now”.
Upon successful verification, Users will be taken back to their dashboard if using GoEscrow on a separate device, and will receive the following confirmation message to their new Phone Number.
