Transactions – Filterable by the drop down menu
- All- All transactions regardless of state.
- Pending – Waiting on the party that was invited to accept the transaction to do so.
- Accepted – The transaction has been accepted by both parties, but is currently incomplete.
- Settlement Requested – A request has been made by the buyer to release the funds from escrow to finalise the transaction.
- Completed – All completed transactions.
- Declined – Any transaction which was declined by one of the parties.
- Cancelled – Any transaction which was cancelled by the party or parties.
- Expired – The transaction timed out.
- In Dispute – One or both parties are waiting on GoEscrow to adjudicate the transaction.
- Contact Helpdesk – This transaction requires input from GoEscrow.
- Cancellation Requested – Any transaction where one party is asking the other to accept a cancellation
